The two key creatives from Hong Kong arrived on Friday. Manfred Wong (Wen Juan) is the co-writer and co-producer; Jeff Cheung (Zhang Jiajie) will be the director, Connie Tam is the Line Producer.

We first took them to Canberra to see the new International Airport, which may substitute for Sydney Airport; and to the University of Canberra's Nursing Department, which has a realistic practice ward we can use for the hospital where Lao Cai is treated for a bullet wound. Other possible locations are the old Canberra Railway Station for the final shoot-out, Northbourne Avenue and University House for Tong-Tong's graduation.

Sydney locations will include Circular Quay, Pitt Street Mall, the Opera House Plaza, the Star Hotel, a Balmoral Beach restaurant and Cockatoo Island.

A major sequence (another shoot-out!) on a farm will be shot at Eling Forest Estate Winery and function centre, Sutton Forest. We still need a location for a horse riding sequence, possibly in the Blue Mountains.

Manfred returns to Hong Kong to revise the script with the new locations in mind, Jeff returns home to shoot another movie. Jun and I knuckle down to work on the budget and the co-production agreement.
